Responsibilities

• Manage the operations team to ensure timely support is provided to the Learning and Organisational Development team, managing the implementation of facilitation plans and overseeing all administrative arrangements to ensure effective delivery of learning and development interventions.
• Review and assess the advice and guidance provided to ADCB employees on available learning and development interventions, ensuring that all queries are answered in line with Bank guidelines and resolving issues relating to Tatweer, e-learning, and workshop enrolment on Ambition University so employees can access the desired learning intervention and complete the necessary actions on the system.
• Manage and oversee the liaison with appointed vendors to ensure that all required documentation and information are in line with the agreed policies and processes.
• Supervise the team’s associated vendors, ensuring they are educated and well informed on all learning requirements to ensure maximum quality of services are maintained to deliver training programmes.
• Support the training effectiveness evaluation process, through obtained Net Promotor Scores (NPS) feedback, assessments, or other evaluation methodology, to ensure accurate tracking of recommendations and suggestions to change the workshop design and improve effectiveness.
• Oversee the maintenance of learning and development system records for all employees related to internal/external training and e-learning undertaken and produce management information for key stakeholders as required in order to report on learning and development activity across the Bank.
• Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Training and Development.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of learning operations, training administration, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Previous experience managing teams and coordinating training vendors is highly desirable.
