Teaching Assistant in Learning and Educational Leadership Department

The Department of Learning and Educational Leadership at the College of Education at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) invites applications for a Teaching Assistant position. Successful candidates will be supported in pursuing their graduate studies (Master and Doctor of Philosophy degrees) at internationally recognized universities abroad. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing an academic career and a commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and community service.

Applicants are required to submit a detailed curriculum vitae, including:

• A brief statement outlining their vision for teaching at UAEU.
• A summary of their research interests and future academic goals.

Applicants must:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in education, Early Childhood Education or Science Education or Mathematics Education or Education Leadership from a recognized and reputable university.
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3/4.0 (or equivalent).
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and adequate English proficiency with a minimum score of 6.0 in IELTS (Academic).

Preferred Qualification

Preference will be given to candidates holding Master’s degree from a recognized and reputable university, particularly in Early Childhood Education or Science Education or Mathematics Education or Education Leadership specialization.
