Huawei MW/WL Rigger – UAE (Immediate Hiring)
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 2,800 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Install Huawei microwave (MW) and wireless (WL) equipment on telecom towers and rooftop sites.
- Install and align microwave dishes, RF antennas, RRUs, feeders, jumpers, and mounting hardware.
- Perform tower climbing, rigging, cable routing, grounding, and fiber installation.
- Support site integration, commissioning, and ATP activities.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting, VSWR testing, and alarm rectification.
- Ensure all installations comply with Huawei standards and EHS requirements.
- Complete site documentation and daily work reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Huawei MW/WL rigging experience .
- Experience with Huawei LTE/5G and microwave network deployment.
- Ability to climb telecom towers and work safely at heights.
- Huawei certification is preferred.
- Work at Height (WAH) certification is an advantage.
- Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,500 – 2,800 per month (based on experience and skills).

- Medical insurance and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law. The offered salary is within the typical range for telecom rigging roles in the UAE, depending on experience and employer.
