Job summary

RAKMHSU seeks an experienced leader to oversee the end-to-end deployment, maintenance and optimisation of application infrastructure systems, ensuring the high availability, performance and security of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear, structured, detailed technical documentation.
• Evaluate the feasibility of system enhancements and changes.
• Develop use cases and workflows, perform manual and automated testing, and track and document software defects for resolution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs for system operations and support.
• Create training materials (manuals and instructional videos), conduct end-user training, and provide ongoing technical support.
• Ensure end-to-end software deployment with compliance to security and scalability; manage configuration and enterprise system integration; monitor performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers and engineers, and mentor team members.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.E., B.Tech or B.Sc. in Computer Science (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years in software implementation, testing, requirement gathering and team leadership (educational-institution experience preferred).
• Proven experience deploying Student Information Systems (Ellucian Banner) and LMS platforms.
• Expertise in Oracle / SQL databases and enterprise application integration.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and software testing frameworks.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and version-control tools (Git, Jira).

Additional Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills (medium of instruction).
• Valid passport. Age less than 40 years.
• Available to join by September 2025.
