Job title - Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager , you will contribute to the execution of our global sales strategy, focusing on delivering measurable results through a structured go-to-market approach. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting business growth, and building long-term partnerships with key customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and attracting new customers.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations and tracking accounts receivable.
- Supporting the execution of the company's sales strategy.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Contributing to the overall growth and performance of the sales department.
- Develop and execute sales strategy for automotive aftermarket parts across assigned Asia Markets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budget inputs for management.
Requirements for the candidate.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales.
- Established customer base and active client network.
- Deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Proven experience handling Asia markets.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and client-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with international clients and markets.
- Fluent in English.
- Based Abroad preferably Singapore.
- Strong Background in B2B Sales, Distributor management and channel development.
- Familiar with OEM and AAM positioning.
- Willingness to travel across Asia.
