Responsibilities
- Act as an intermediary between business and technical teams
- Define project scope, objectives, and communication plans
- Plan project stages, assess business implications, and monitor progress
- Assign resources, timelines, and schedules
- Lead crew and customer meetings
- Oversee project execution, budget, forecasts, schedule, and scope
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
- Utilize Agile and iterative project methodologies
- Develop and manage WBS for IT projects
- Prepare and deliver project status reports
- Build trust-based relationships with clients
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and cross-training for team members
Requirements
- 8+ years of business-related experience
- Minimum 7 years in technology Project/Program management
- Experience with Agile Project Management principles
- Proficiency in project methodologies and management principles
- Experience in strategic planning and resource allocation
- Broad understanding of ServiceNow Domain areas
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Agile/SCRUM certifications
- ServiceNow platform experience
