Cisco Renewal & Growth Specialist

Trace3 is seeking a Renewal Specialist in Dubai to manage Cisco renewal opportunities within assigned accounts. You will build accurate quotes in CCW-R, engage Cisco support teams, and maintain CRM data to forecast renewal pipelines.
Focus is on delivering compliant renewal quotes within SLAs and identifying multi-year and co-term opportunities for upsell, while collaborating with Account Teams, Customer Success, and internal groups to drive growth.
