Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations ensuring a seamless service flow from the front-of-house to the kitchen.
• Supervise train and support the restaurant staff inspiring them to provide top-notch service to guests.
• Manage scheduling staff performance and employee relations to cultivate a positive work environment.
• Monitor service standards and customer feedback continually seeking ways to enhance the dining experience.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu offerings and specials that align with customer preferences.
• Oversee inventory management including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations implementing best practices for sanitation.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a proactive manner maintaining the restaurants reputation for excellence.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations trends and high standards of customer service.
• Exceptional leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining standards.

AED 3500 - 4700 basic salary range depending on the experience. Plus 375 Food allowance 350 to 500 (Service charge Avg) 600-800 Credit card tips free Accommodation Transport uniforms Health insurance air ticket ( once every two years) Paid leave as per UAE laws
