The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for leading the front-of-house team ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role supports the Cluster Restaurant Manager in operational tasks including stock management reporting and team supervision while maintaining The Dose by Silvenas high standards of service cleanliness and professionalism.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in a supervisory role in a premium restaurant or café.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach to team management.
- Knowledge of stock management ordering procedures and reporting.
- Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive professional and guest-focused attitude.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications.
