Job Summary

You are a key ambassador of Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie family who offers the most advanced health programs, within a luxury medi-clinic environment. Clinique La Prairie's commitment is to help and inspire our clients to live a healthier, longer, and fuller life.

About The Role

• Always demonstrate customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.

Provide excellent patient / customer service with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.

• Build and maintain client base through consistent follow-up with phone calls and thank you notes, scheduling appointments to review new products/treatments/programs and inviting to events.
• Being Brand Ambassador, communicating features and benefits of our treatments / programs / products beyond the basics to appeal to the customer’s needs, and ultimately generate sales.

Understand the needs of the patients / customers and guide them through the adapted treatments.

Create and distribute health education materials to clients, whenever needed, in line with Clinique La Prairie guidelines.

• Coordinates the client journey with the experts/therapists of the other services of the Wellness center, in order to provide a well-rounded experience to each client /patient & maintain high level of professional standards.

To answer all incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.

To ensure all email queries are replied to in a professional manner, and within 24 hours.

Display an energetic and positive attitude.

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned wok areas.

Attending all wellness training sessions and meetings on a consistent and regular basis.

• Responsible for assisting and establishing and maintaining standard of excellence in professional image and service.

Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management, and create strong partnerships with other outlets and operational departments within Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie.

• Contribute towards the wellness center reaching and exceeding weekly, quarterly and annual objectives and goals; also responsible for reaching and exceeding personal sales goals.
• Promote the organization and products, representing company in areas of public relations attending or participating in international events and fairs.

About You

Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

International experience preferred.
