Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert qualified sales leads into successful property transactions.

• Assist clients with buying and selling off-plan and resale properties.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and prospective buyers.

• Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and guide clients through the sales process.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide consistent follow-up with potential clients.

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and company sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Dubai real estate sales experience in both off-plan and resale.

• Native fluency in Hindi and/or Urdu.

• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of:
