Job Description

Summary of Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving any issues related to recruitment.
• Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards.
• Inform P&C management of issues related to employee relations. Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and People & Culture programs, policies and guidelines.
• Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents).
• Oversee and monitor candidate identification and selection process, conduct out candidate interviews when required, establish and maintain contact with external recruitment sources or local organizations.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
• Ensure communication process between recruitment and People & Culture is seamless, develop and maintain the recruitment budget.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new joiners, including coordinating with housing and visa processing teams.
• Proactively source candidates and always have a People Pool available.
• Actively participating and recruiting from Evole women.
• Keep track on all new joiners and their status at any given time, make sure the relationship is pleasant and clear from the start until the onboarding.
• Other P&C tasks as and when requested by the P&C Manager and the Director of P&C.

Qualifications

• Previous administration or People & Culture experience required, in Luxury hotels in dubai.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required, knowledge of Oasys is a plus
• University/College degree in a related discipline an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities, with a flexible attitude
• Strong work ethics and confidentiality
• Highly responsible, trustworthy and reliable
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team, ability to display empathy at all times
• Ability to focus attention on heartists needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Open-minded, ready to assist outside of the working hours/days if anything occurs or if any event to attend
