We are currently looking for a passionate and energetic, individual to join our team.
. Launch, optimize, and maintain product listings using best practices on market places .
· Inventory alert management and shipment plan troubleshooting for inventory replenishment.
· File cases with Marketplace support, troubleshooting issues including reinstatements.
· Stay current on industry trends and best practices, specifically online eCommerce marketplaces in the UAE & GCC.
· Lead regular contact with customers.
· Ensure projects are completed on time.
· Understand business needs, objectives, goals, product mix, and sales strategy and define actions accordingly.
· Troubleshoot complex catalog issues that inhibit sales & performance.
· Understanding of digital and social media marketing that drives eCommerce on marketplaces as well as own eCommerce sit.
· Collaborative problems solver who works well with team members and support
