We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce Data Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our online sales operations by ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing websites, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage data entry processes, including uploading product information, images, and prices onto the company's e-commerce website.
- Oversee and monitor online sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are updated in real-time and coordinating restocking efforts as needed.
- Craft clear and engaging product descriptions for a wide range of products, highlighting key features and benefits to attract customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of product information and promotions across various online platforms.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product listings are error-free, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously optimizing product listings and online presence.
- Provide periodic reports and analysis on sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing e-commerce websites, including data entry, inventory management, and sales oversight.
- Strong proficiency in content creation and product description writing, with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and online marketing strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques is a bonus.
