The opportunity
Unity Technologies is seeking a dynamic results-driven and adaptable Senior Client Partner to join our growing team in the Middle East. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of how industries leverage Real-Time 3D (RT3D) technology to transform their businesses.

As a Senior Client Partner youll be at the forefront of innovation introducing and delivering Unitys cutting-edge solutions to companies across diverse industries such as gaming architecture engineering automotive media and more. You will play a key role in helping industry leaders adopt RT3D and Metaverse solutions to drive competitive advantage improve efficiency and unlock new opportunities for growth and safety across their organizations.

In the short term your success will be measured by your ability to build strong relationships with key enterprise clients meet and exceed sales quotas and establish Unity as a trusted partner in the the long term youll contribute to expanding Unitys footprint driving market penetration and positioning Unity as the go-to platform for innovation in the Middle East.

What youll be doing

• Consistently exceed revenue targets by delivering value-driven solutions through Unity licenses and services to new and existing customers.
• Identify and qualify high-potential opportunities building a robust pipeline of ideal Unity customer profiles across diverse industries.
• Lead outbound sales efforts to drive adoption of Unitys real-time 3D engine and services showcasing the transformative potential of our technology.
• Become a trusted expert in Unitys product ecosystem effectively presenting solutions to stakeholders of all levels from artists and developers to executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Unitys mission of empowering creators and driving innovation in real-time 3D.

What were looking for

• Proven experience in a direct quota-carrying sales role with a strong track record of consistently exceeding a $2M annual sales quota.
• Expertise in SaaS sales with the ability to present and sell sophisticated software solutions to diverse audiences from technical teams to C-level executives.
• Ability to adapt sales conversations dynamically addressing the unique needs of customers at all organizational levels.
• Strong commitment to accurately tracking and managing all client engagement and sales activities through CRM tools.
• A well-established network of key IT decision-makers and enterprise stakeholders in the Middle East region with the ability to leverage relationships to drive business growth.

You might also have

• Experience in selling real-time 3D software engineering software or middleware solutions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and customer engagement.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of the Middle East market dynamics including cultural and business nuances.
• A passion for technology and its ability to transform industries and empower creators.
