Real Estate Videographer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Videographer to join our team. If you have a passion for creating visually stunning real estate videos and a minimum of 3 years of experience in this niche we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video footage of residential and commercial properties for marketing and promotional purposes.
  
• Work closely with real estate agents property managers and clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project.
  
• Plan and execute video shoots including lighting staging and camera angles to highlight the best features of each property.
  
• Edit and produce engaging video content including virtual tours promotional clips and property showcases.
  
• Ensure that all video content meets the companys standards for quality and aligns with branding guidelines.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends video production techniques and emerging technologies to continuously improve video content.
  
• Manage video equipment and maintain it in good working condition.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in capturing real estate videos.
  
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar.
  
• Strong understanding of real estate photography and videography techniques.
  
• Experience with various video equipment including cameras gimbals drones and lighting.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for composition lighting and storytelling.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• A portfolio showcasing previous real estate video work is required.
