Executive Director, Real Estate Development & Projects

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a Commercial Real Estate firm in Abu Dhabi seeking a Development & Projects Director to lead design and construction across new and existing assets. You will drive strategy, ensure brand consistency, and manage end-to-end project activities against budgets and regulatory standards.
The role requires 15+ years in design/construction, GCC experience, and certification such as PMP.
