Senior Advertising Manager - Paid Media

Responsibilities
- Partner with internal account teams and external clients to develop and execute retail media strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
- Translate performance data into compelling client narratives regarding incrementality and profitability
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
- Stay current on retail media trends and platform updates to bring new testing opportunities to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience managing large-scale digital advertising or retail media accounts
- Hands-on expertise with Amazon (including DSP), Walmart Connect, Instacart, or Kroger
- Ability to synthesize complex datasets into strategic recommendations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CPG or food & beverage categories
- Amazon Ads Certification or other retail media network certifications
