Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Social Media Advertising Manager to lead our advertising efforts across various social media platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker and creative problem-solver who can drive growth and engagement. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns to reach our target audience effectively. Our ideal candidate has an in-depth understanding of social media advertising landscapes and possesses the skills to analyze data and report on campaign performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging, while also keeping up with emerging trends and technologies in the social media arena. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media advertising strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize social media advertising campaigns across platforms.
- Create engaging ad content aligned with the brand's voice and messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design impactful ad creatives and visuals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Oversee the budget allocation and cost efficiency of all advertising operations.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all advertising campaigns and initiatives.
- Foster relationships with social media platform representatives for updates and insights.
- Work with internal teams to ensure brand messaging remains consistent and effective.
- Train and mentor junior staff and new team members in best advertising practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a social media advertising role.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale advertising budgets efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent understanding of various social media platforms and their advertising tools.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
