ERP Operations Test Analyst

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners to review requirements, test plans, and risk assessments
- Provide feedback to Figma designs, Jira user stories, and supporting documentation
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across ERP modules
- Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with operational end-usersIdentify, document, and track software defects and system bottlenecks using Jira and Confluence
- Analyze operational workflows to ensure ERP software supports business processes
- Validate data migration and integration between the ERP and third-party applications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Infor)
- Proven experience in software testing methodologies and writing test scripts
- Familiarity with warehouse management, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing workflows
- Proficiency with Jira or Asana
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
- Ability to perform basic scripting analysis and API testing using Postman
