We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Attendant to support daily manufacturing and production operations. The successful candidate will assist in operating production processes, handling materials, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the production and manufacturing process as directed by supervisors.
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products within the production area.
• Operate basic production equipment and machinery following established procedures.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure product quality and report any defects.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor and workstations.
• Follow all health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Pack, label, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment.
• Monitor production supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is required.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and basic maintenance activities.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
