: Production Helper

The Production Helper supports the manufacturing and production team by assisting with daily production activities, material handling, machine preparation, packaging, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role is essential in ensuring efficient production operations while adhering to quality, safety, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist production operators in the setup and operation of machinery and equipment.
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials, components, and finished products within the production area.
• Prepare materials and tools required for production activities.
• Support assembly, packing, labeling, and inspection of finished products.
• Monitor production supplies and inform supervisors when replenishment is needed.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and production areas clean and organized.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily output targets.
• Assist in basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance activities.
• Perform visual quality checks and report defects or irregularities to the supervisor.
• Comply with company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Wear and properly use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with inventory counts and material storage when required.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, standing, and repetitive movements.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays as required.
