Regional Legal Lead: Trademarks & Litigation

Fford & Stone is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity with a leading organisation specialising in big-ticket projects across real estate, hospitality, leisure and retail.

This company is seeking to appoint a new Legal Manager to their growing operation.

Reporting to the GC, the role holder will manage the legal team and be the go-to person for Trademarks and Litigation being responsible for day to day operational matters across the region, in conjunction with the SLT and project teams.

For consideration your profile must fit the following criteria:

• Locally qualified or foreign lawyer with regional experience
• Business fluent English and Arabic
• 5+ years litigation and trademarks experience plus team lead exposure.
• Multinational background and strong technical skills gained with a reputed law firm.
• Strong business relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• This position will suit a talented, commercially astute lawyer used to operating within a corporate environment.
