Apt Resources is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled Health Club & Spa Supervisor to join a prestigious five-star luxury resort located along the stunning Red Sea. This world-class resort is renowned for its exceptional wellness and leisure facilities and is seeking a dynamic professional to oversee both health club and spa operations ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and luxurious experience.
As a Health Club & Spa Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the team maintaining five-star service standards and ensuring that all wellness facilities operate smoothly. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your career within one of the most exclusive hospitality projects in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the health club and spa ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Lead train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional wellness and leisure experiences.
- Monitor facility cleanliness safety and equipment maintenance to the highest standards.
- Oversee guest scheduling treatment coordination and health club activities.
- Collaborate with management to develop new wellness programs promotions and service enhancements.
- Handle guest inquiries feedback and issues promptly and professionally.
- Previous experience as a Health Club Supervisor Spa Supervisor or similar role in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of spa therapies fitness operations and wellness trends.
- Professional reliable and guest-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
