Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to lead and inspire a food and beverage team while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the Director of Culinary, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our venues while fostering a culture of outstanding service and continuous improvement.

• Supervise and mentor food and beverage staff, providing guidance, support, and growth opportunities to develop a high-performing team
• Maintain keen attention to detail across all service operations, ensuring consistent quality standards and flawless execution
• Deliver exceptional guest service by creating memorable experiences and building lasting relationships with patrons
• Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings and provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests
• Work collaboratively with culinary and front-of-house teams to identify and capitalize on new food and beverage opportunities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment
• Analyze operational metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
• Train and educate staff on proper food and beverage handling, service standards, and safety protocols
• Manage conflict resolution professionally and efficiently while maintaining team morale and motivation
• Operate point-of-sale systems and manage administrative responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency
• Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and delivering results under pressure

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar supervisory role in a high-volume hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a demonstrated commitment to staff development and team empowerment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisive decisions under pressure
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and scheduling
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and hospitality management software
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings with the ability to provide expert recommendations
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or equivalent qualification recognized in the United Arab Emirates
• Food safety and hygiene certification or equivalent knowledge of safe food and beverage handling practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a collaborative team and independently

• Resilience and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands
