This role requires someone with strong leadership skills and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards in food and beverage operations. You will be a key player in shaping the guest experience and ensuring our F&B operations run smoothly.

What you will be doing:

• Team Leadership : Assist in leading mentoring and training the Food & Beverage team to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
• Supervision & Delegation : Supervise daily operations ensuring tasks are delegated efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Quality Control : Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food and visual appeal in every dish served.
• Customer Experience : Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries handling complaints and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
• Operational Excellence : Assist in maintaining stock levels managing inventory and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure all safety hygiene and company policies and procedures are followed.
