Full job description
We are looking for an experienced employee with a background in exchange office operations. The ideal candidate will manage currency transactions, expand our client network, and maintain relationships with exchange offices. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in both financial operations and software are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with social media platforms for customer engagement
- Develop and expand the customer network
- Follow up on transactions and maintain relationships with exchange offices
- Manage and archive documents related to financial transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Thorough knowledge of exchange procedures and managing financial operations
- Experience with financial and exchange-related software
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and full proficiency in English
- Knowledge of the Persian language is an advantage
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
