Description

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Ticketing Agent to assist clients with flight reservations, ticket bookings, itinerary planning, and travel-related services.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of airline reservation systems, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with flight bookings, ticket reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Issue domestic and international airline tickets accurately.
Provide customers with travel information, schedules, fares, and baggage policies.
Handle ticket exchanges, refunds, and rebooking requests.
Process payments and maintain accurate booking records.
Coordinate with airlines and travel partners regarding reservations and travel requirements.
Resolve customer inquiries and provide prompt travel assistance.
Ensure all bookings comply with airline policies and company procedures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline routes, promotions, and travel regulations.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance and accuracy standards.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience as a Ticketing Agent or in the travel industry is preferred.
Knowledge of airline reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings efficiently.
Flexible, customer-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
