Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage the company's social media presence, strengthen corporate branding, and support recruitment marketing. The role involves creating engaging content, promoting project updates, and enhancing the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company social media accounts and maintain brand consistency.
• Create content for recruitment, employer branding, and project updates.
• Coordinate project photography, videography, and drone content.
• Execute Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Support website updates and marketing materials.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements.
• Work with HR and project teams on recruitment and project communications
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5year of experience in social media or digital marketing.
  
• Experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn .
  
• Strong content creation and communication skills.
  
• Construction industry experience is preferred.
