Job Overview

Emirates National Facilities Management is looking for an experienced FM Coordinator to support the smooth coordination of day-to-day facilities management operations, including manpower, maintenance activities, work orders, reporting, documentation, and payroll coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare manpower rosters, attendance records, and operational schedules.
• Coordinate work orders, PPM activities, and maintenance schedules with site teams.
• Manage work orders through the CAFM system and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and open orders.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and client reports.
• Prepare meeting minutes and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate consumables, cleaning materials, purchase requests, and delivery follow-ups.
• Maintain employee, attendance, payroll, and operational records.
• Coordinate timesheets, overtime details, and payroll inputs.
• Support employee onboarding and uniform issuance.
• Handle employee queries and assist with engagement activities.
• Coordinate with clients, Operations, HR, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, QHSE requirements, SLAs, and established procedures .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management , or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant Facilities Management coordination experience .
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Excel .
• Hands-on experience with CAFM systems and work order management .
• Experience in manpower coordination, attendance, reporting, documentation, and payroll/timesheet coordination.
• Strong communication, organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
