Senior Manager, Compliance & Ethics GCC

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manager, Compliance & Ethics for the GCC region to serve as a business partner for compliance activities across seven markets. The role involves developing and executing compliance programs, identifying and mitigating risks, and promoting a strong culture of integrity within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Promote integrity and compliance culture throughout GCC organization with market leadership
- Develop and execute annual Compliance & Ethics work plan responsive to business strategies and identified risks
- Provide practical, risk-based compliance guidance to market business and functional stakeholders
- Identify, assess, escalate compliance risks, and support development of mitigation measures
- Support implementation of global BMS Compliance & Ethics programs, initiatives, and controls
Requirements
- 7+ years professional experience in Compliance & Ethics within highly regulated industries
- University degree or equivalent; professional qualification in compliance, law, accounting, audit, or risk management preferred
- Compliance & Ethics experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or similar regulated sectors
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry codes relevant to GCC markets
- Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks
- Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English as applicable to the role
