Service Manager

This is a part-time, hybrid role for an F&B Manager / Service Manager / Service Supervisor based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring consistent service quality, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety across all service areas. The individual will monitor customer service delivery, respond to guest feedback, coordinate front-of-house staff, and support training and coaching to uphold brand and service expectations. The position also includes assisting with scheduling, basic budgeting and cost control tasks, and implementing operational procedures that support efficiency and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including day-to-day floor management and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage guest interactions professionally, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Experience in staff Training and coaching, including onboarding, skills development, and performance support for service teams.
• Ability to support Budgeting and cost control activities, such as monitoring expenses, controlling wastage, and contributing to efficient use of resources.
• Relevant experience in hospitality or restaurant/food & beverage management; supervisory experience in a service-focused environment is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams and multicultural settings.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale or restaurant management systems; familiarity with health and safety regulations is an advantage.
