*Salary:* AED 2,500 - 3,000 + Benefits | *Joining:* Immediate Preferred
Leading Interior Fit-Out Firm in Dubai - Premium Commercial Projects - is hiring an Admin Executive.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide day-to-day admin support to management & project team
- Manage office operations - Calls, emails, courier, filing, office supplies, petty cash
- Coordinate with clients & vendors - Meeting scheduling, follow-ups, LPO tracking & documentation
- Maintain office records, employee files, attendance & general documentation - MS Office reporting
- Assist in procurement coordination, office maintenance & fit-out project admin support
- Support HR admin, travel bookings & front office management when required
*Mandatory Requirements:*
- Graduate - Degree / Diploma Mandatory
- 1-3 years Admin / Office Admin experience in UAE - Interior Fit-Out / Construction / Contracting background preferred
- Strong communication & organizational skills - Fluent English, presentable
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook - Email drafting must
- Currently in Dubai with own / visit visa - Immediate joiner preferred
- Well organized, proactive & can handle multiple tasks
