A leading automotive organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Product Owner - Customer Engagement Platform (Builder) to join its digital transformation team. This role is focused on building, integrating, and enhancing a customer engagement platform that connects customer data, communication channels, service interactions, and AI-enabled experiences across multiple digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve customer engagement platform capabilities.
• Integrate customer data, CRM, cloud, communication, and AI systems into a unified platform.
• Develop customer and vehicle data models to support personalized experiences.
• Create and optimize customer journeys across web, mobile, messaging, service, and digital channels.
• Implement AI-driven features such as automation workflows, personalized recommendations, and conversational experiences.
• Monitor platform performance and improve engagement, conversion, retention, and customer experience metrics.
• Collaborate with digital, technology, customer experience, operations, and data teams for successful delivery and launch.
• Ensure platform architecture, APIs, integrations, and orchestration workflows operate efficiently.

Required Skills

• Experience building and delivering customer-facing digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), CRM systems, cloud platforms, and engagement tools.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, customer data modelling, and platform architecture.
• Experience designing personalized cross-channel customer journeys.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, conversational AI, or automation technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 8-12 years of professional experience.
• Experience in product management, platform ownership, digital platforms, customer engagement, or marketing technology environments.
• Hands-on experience working with engineering and data teams to deliver digital solutions.
• Experience in industries such as automotive, e-commerce, telecommunications, fintech, mobility, or similar customer-centric sectors is preferred.
