Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily travel operations, reservations, and customer service activities based on the assigned role.

• Handle international ticketing, travel bookings, and itinerary planning.

• Promote travel products and achieve sales and business development targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Provide professional support to customers throughout their travel journey.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in travel operations, international ticketing, reservations, corporate travel, travel sales, or business development.

• Strong knowledge of the GCC/UAE travel industry is preferred.
