Office Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, maintain records, coordinate schedules, and assist with general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Maintain filing systems and office records.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed.
