You will be responsible for managing daily delivery routes handling inventory during transit and maintaining high service standards under fast-paced conditions. Your performance directly impacts customer satisfaction operational efficiency and brand reputation. Responsibilities:

- Execute daily delivery routes efficiently ensuring all orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.

- Load and unload goods safely and securely adhering to proper handling and storage protocols.

- Verify delivery details with customers or retail partners including order accuracy quantities and product quality.

- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital records using company-provided tools or apps.

- Report any discrepancies damaged goods or missing items promptly to the operations team.

- Ensure the vehicle (motorcycle or delivery van) is clean well-maintained and fully stocked with necessary supplies.

- Uphold brand standards by wearing company uniform and presenting a professional appearance.

- Communicate proactively with dispatch and customer service regarding delays or route changes.

- Practice safe driving habits and comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns professionally and courteously.

Requirements

• Minimum 13 years of experience as a delivery rider or in a similar logistics/distribution role.
  
• Valid driving license and proven ability to operate a motorcycle or delivery vehicle safely.
  
• Strong knowledge of local routes traffic patterns and delivery zones.
  
• Physical fitness to handle lifting carrying and standing for extended periods.
  
• Proficient in using mobile delivery apps or digital tracking systems.
  
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
  
• Reliable punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Customer service orientation with the ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally.
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and peak delivery periods.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment with minimal downtime.
