AI Delivery Lead

DeepLight AI is a consultancy that builds bespoke AI systems for the banking sector. We seek an AI Delivery Lead to transform business strategy into secure, production‑ready AI solutions.

The Mission

In this role, you are a Technical Translator. You sit at the intersection of executive strategy and high‑level engineering, turning visionary business goals into secure, production‑ready AI solutions for the banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions with Business and Product teams to extract core objectives and decompose them into technical specifications, user stories, and architectural requirements for engineering teams.
• Devise and manage multi‑quarter roadmaps, establishing clear RACI matrices and communication cadences to keep stakeholders aligned across the organization.
• Leverage background in SOC/NOC environments to ensure all AI deployments are production‑ready, focusing on observability, incident response protocols, and security compliance.
• Navigate the complexities of financial services, including regulatory compliance, data privacy (PII), and complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Oversee delivery of AI‑powered features, ensuring model deployment, monitoring, and feedback loops are integrated into the broader application lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, managing expectations and providing transparent reporting on delivery risks and milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in the financial services sector, with a deep understanding of security and compliance rigors associated with banking tech.
• Proven track record of leading complex delivery programs for cloud‑based Web or Mobile applications.
• Direct experience with SOC or NOC workflows is preferred.
• Solid understanding of cloud‑native architecture (Azure or AWS), specifically how modern applications consume AI services.
• Exceptional ability to explain complex technical trade‑offs to non‑technical business partners.
• Experience leading teams through the cultural shift of adopting AI‑driven workflows.
