SPA RECEPTIONIST
As Spa Receptionist, you’re the welcome and the wind-down. You’ll handle bookings, greet guests, and keep the spa running smoothly from the front of house. Whether coordinating appointments or recommending the
perfect product, your warmth and efficiency will shape each client’s experience from start to finish.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in front-of-house or customer care roles
- Calm, clear communication and a professional presence
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using booking software and phone/email systems
- A naturally welcoming, client-focused energy
