Requirements

• Previous experience as a Pastry or Bakery Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef de Partie background) in a 5‑star luxury hotel, fine‑dining restaurant, or international resort.
• Advanced knowledge of pastry and bakery techniques, ingredient handling, and plating standards.
• Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
