Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Director – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory to lead complex transactions across various industries. The successful candidate will bring deep M&A experience, strategic insight, and leadership to our growing advisory practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A engagements including strategy, due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring
• Advise clients on divestitures, joint ventures, and acquisitions
• Manage and mentor advisory team members across the region
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and originate new business
• Collaborate with tax, legal, and financial teams to deliver seamless solutions

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, deal lifecycle, and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience

• 10–15 years of M&A and transaction advisory experience, primarily with a Top 10 accounting/advisory firm
