IT/OT Cybersecurity Engineer
Role Purpose
Ensure all control and automation systems comply with OT cybersecurity specifications and site-specific security checklists.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement standalone antivirus and application whitelisting solutions.
- Configure NAS backup systems with enterprise backup software and RAID.
- Deploy firewalls for Modbus/TCP and OPC connections.
- Ensure Windows OS hardening per recognized industry standards.
- Manage Vendor Laptop Approval and Pre-Connectivity forms.
- Ensure 5-year OEM warranty and services for servers/workstations.
- Support OT Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and cybersecurity validation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's in IT, Cybersecurity, or Computer Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in OT cybersecurity for industrial control systems.
- Certified in IEC 62443 or equivalent.
- Practical experience with firewalls, application whitelisting, and backup solutions.
- Experience on projects in the energy sector strongly preferred.
Reporting to: Project Management Team / Project Engineering Manager
