*Qualification:* CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA Finance preferred
*ABOUT THE ROLE:*
We are looking for a Tax Manager with strong hands-on experience in UAE Taxation to join our leading CA firm in Dubai. The candidate will handle complete tax compliance and advisory for our diverse client portfolio.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
*1. Tax Compliance & Filing:*
- Manage end-to-end UAE Corporate Tax registration, computation and filing as per FTA laws
- Handle VAT registration, VAT return filing, VAT refund and VAT audit support
- Ensure timely filing and compliance for all clients
*2. Tax Advisory & Planning:*
- Provide tax advisory on Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, ESR and AML
- Advise clients on tax structuring, tax planning and risk mitigation
- Stay updated with latest FTA circulars, regulations and Cabinet decisions
*3. Client Management & Representation:*
- Manage portfolio of tax clients independently
- Represent clients before FTA for queries, clarifications and assessments
- Draft tax opinions, tax memos and advisory reports
*4. Team & Process Management:*
- Review work of junior tax executives and ensure accuracy
- Develop internal tax processes, checklists and compliance trackers
*REQUIREMENTS:*
- 3-5 years of proven experience in UAE Taxation is mandatory
- Must have strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax Law, VAT Law, Transfer Pricing and ESR
- Experience working in a CA firm / Audit firm / Tax Consultancy in UAE
- Qualified CA / CPA / ACCA / Tax Certification will be an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of FTA portal and tax filing procedures
- Strong analytical, communication and client handling skills
Work Location: Dubai, UAE.
