Job Description
- Guest Greeting: Welcome all guests upon arrival and provide assistance.
- Guest Interaction: Answer guest inquiries and offer directions or recommendations.
- Presence: Maintain a professional presence in the lobby area at all times.
- Communication: Liaise with Front Office and Guest Relations teams for guest needs.
- Observation: Monitor lobby activity and report issues or concerns.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive demeanor and polished appearance.
