Public Relations Officer

GEMS Education Dubai is urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join its team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong UAE government relations experience who can efficiently manage administrative, immigration, and labour-related procedures.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling all PRO-related functions, ensuring smooth processing of visa, labour, and government documentation, while maintaining compliance with UAE regulations. Experience in the education or school sector will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage UAE labour, immigration, and visa-related processes.

• Handle government documentation and approvals in compliance with regulations.

• Coordinate with relevant UAE government authorities and portals.

• Ensure timely processing of employee documentation and renewals.

• Maintain accurate records of all PRO activities.

• Support administrative and compliance-related tasks.

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of requests.

• Ensure adherence to UAE labour laws and institutional policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar PRO role within the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, visa, and government procedures.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Previous experience in the education or school sector is a strong advantage.
