Event Operations Specialist

As a Remote Event Operations Specialist, you’ll support the coordination and delivery of high-impact, client-facing events from behind the scenes. You’ll help keep schedules, communications, timelines, and logistics organized so that every event runs smoothly. The role combines administrative coordination, client communication, and attention to detail within a fast-moving environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams to manage time-sensitive requests and ensure important information is accurately tracked. Your contribution will help create a professional, seamless experience for clients before, during, and after events. This is a fully remote opportunity suited to someone who enjoys organization, communication, and being part of large-scale or high-visibility projects. Accountabilities - Communicate professionally and promptly with clients through email, chat, and phone. - Support event coordination by confirming schedules, appointments, timelines, and other important logistical details. - Maintain accurate records of client communications, updates, schedules, and event-related information. - Monitor timelines and follow up on outstanding details to help ensure all necessary arrangements are confirmed. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to address time-sensitive requests and resolve coordination issues efficiently. - Provide administrative and operational support for upcoming and live events. - Help maintain a smooth, organized process throughout the event lifecycle and contribute to a positive overall client experience. - Adapt to changing priorities and respond effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Requirements - Must be at least 18 years old .
