THE ROLE
Build strong relationships with property owners and secure quality resale listings across Downtown Dubai and Business Bay.
Prospect daily, grow your database and create a consistent pipeline of sellers, buyers and referrals.
Use comparable transactions and detailed building knowledge to advise on pricing and position listings effectively.
Qualify buyers, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and coordinate transactions through to transfer.
Keep listings, documents and CRM records accurate, delivering responsive service and building repeat business.
WHAT YOU BRING
You bring proven Dubai secondary sales experience, strong local market knowledge and confident negotiation skills.
You are proactive, accountable and motivated by results.
Existing owner relationships and experience in Downtown Dubai or Business Bay will help you stand out.

£100,000+ ANNUAL EARNING POTENTIAL
Commission-only opportunity with earning potential above £100,000 per year (GBP equivalent), dependent on completed sales and agreed commission terms. Earnings are not guaranteed.
