Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Assistant (Finance) in New York, NY to support senior finance leadership and executive operations within a growing investment management firm. This highly visible position is ideal for an organized and proactive professional with experience in financial services environments who can manage executive-level responsibilities efficiently.

The successful candidate will primarily support the Chief Financial Officer while collaborating with executive assistant teams to ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, supporting projects, and assisting with office administration in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive support to the Chief Financial Officer and finance leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

• Organize internal and external meetings while managing executive schedules and competing priorities.

• Assist with office administration, visitor coordination, meeting arrangements, and daily operational requirements.

• Support firmwide projects, executive events, investor meetings, and special initiatives.

• Prepare professional correspondence and manage confidential executive information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
