Ambassadors Lead

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end ambassador program including recruitment, coaching, and performance optimization
- Execute flagship campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer sign-ups
- Partner with creative and performance teams to ensure content compliance and maximize organic reach
Requirements
- 3+ years of social media experience with deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends
- 1+ year of experience managing creators, ambassadors, or influencers
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns and analyze performance data
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within regulated or health-adjacent industries
- Proficiency with automation tools like Zapier or Airtable
- Experience with whitelisting and paid amplification of creator content
