Ecommerce Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead annual eCommerce strategy and budget in collaboration with General Managers
- Manage product, pricing, and promotional strategies to drive site performance
- Own the online brand P&L and optimize cost drivers to improve profitability
- Develop and execute product assortment and presentation strategies based on trends and inventory
- Oversee product categorization, tagging, and search functionality for site optimization
- Execute performance marketing strategies across PPC, Display, Social, and Affiliate channels
- Use web analytics to identify improvements and manage KPIs via eCommerce dashboards
- Lead innovation in omnichannel experiences through cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- Proven experience in eCommerce management with expertise in performance marketing and merchandising
- Strong background in digital marketing channels including PPC, Display, Social Media, and Affiliate Marketing
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Dynamic Yield, and SFCC
- Data-driven decision-making skills with experience in web analytics
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
